The Ultimate Baked Mac N' Cheese

What is Smokey SPG seasoning?

Smokey SPG seasoning is a blend of salt, pepper, and garlic powder that has a hint of smokey flavor which adds a savory and flavorful kick to any dish. It's the perfect addition to mac n' cheese, enhancing the cheesy goodness with a hint of garlic! 

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz elbow noodles
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 stick of butter (melted)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup of buttermilk
  • 3 cups of freshly grated cheese (reserve 1 cup for topping)
  • 2 tsp Grover Smokey SPG seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
  2.  Bring water to boil and cook noodles per package directions and drain.
  3. Mix eggs and Smokey SPG in mixing bowl.
  4. Add then add melted butter, milk, buttermilk, and 2 cups of cheese to the egg mixture.
  5. Add noodles to mixture and pour into greased 9*13 baking dish (you can use butter or cooking spray)
  6. Bake for 40 minutes
  7. Top with the remaining 1 cup of grated cheese and return to oven for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and golden brown
  8. Serve and ENJOY!
